About Account Deletion
TrackFull is operated by TrackFull, located in Belgium. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time, free of charge, using any of the methods described below.
This page exists to comply with Google Play's data deletion requirements and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), specifically your right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR).
How to Delete Your Account
You have three ways to request account deletion:
Open the TrackFull app → go to Settings → tap Delete Account. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Send a deletion request to support@trackfull.app from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted
When a deletion request is submitted and processed, the following personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted:
- Account credentials (email address, username, password hash)
- Profile information (date of birth, gender, profile picture, fitness goals)
- Body metrics (weight, height history)
- All workout logs, exercise history, sets, reps, and weights
- Nutrition diary entries and meal logs
- Social content: posts, comments, reactions, friends list, group memberships
- Achievements, streaks, XP, and personal records
- Gym check-in history
- App preferences and notification settings
- Subscription status and entitlement records (held by RevenueCat)
Data Retained After Deletion
A limited amount of data may be retained after account deletion, only where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Financial records: Records of subscription payments may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable accounting and tax law. This data contains no fitness or health information.
- Anonymised analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics (e.g. total active users, feature usage rates) that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
No data that can identify you personally is retained beyond the periods described above.
Deletion Timeline
- In-app deletion: Immediate — your account is deleted as soon as you confirm in Settings.
- Email or web requests: Processed within 30 days of receiving your request, as required by GDPR.
- Backup purge: Residual copies in system backups are overwritten within 90 days.
